Shipping & Order Process

 

• UK free shipping on orders over £60 (please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us)

 

• UK orders under £60 will be charged £3.50 for shipping and £2.00 on orders under £10.00.

 

• Europe (EU) £4.50 and £3.00 on orders unders £10.00. Shipping time is usually 6 business days (please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us) Free shipping on orders over £80

 

• International (incl non EU) £6.50 and £4.00 on orders under £10.00.  Please allow 14 business days (please allow up to 16 business days before contacting us) Free shipping on orders over £100

 

 

Our core designs are usually stocked items and are ready to ship the following day after placing an order, however Please allow 10 days for delivery for U.K & European orders due to the fact that some Family Of The Dead products are handmade and printed in the United Kingdom, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for delivery.  If in doubt please don't hesitate to ask.

 

If you have not received your item(s) after 14 days, please contact us with your paypal transaction ID.

 

Duty & Taxes

 

Please be aware that some countries charge taxes, duties and other charges on goods sent and it is the customers responsibility to pay for these. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package because of customs charges then the items will be returned to us and we will refund the customer minus any return shipping fees and any charges outstanding. In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and charges can equal more then the amount paid by the customers. We cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by these charges and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

 

The return postage is not pre-paid but if you choose to do an exchange, we will ship the exchange item out free of shipping charges.  Please e-mail familyofthedead@gmail.com prior to requesting a refund, refunds will be issued once the garment has been recieved and processed.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on swimwear or underwear due to hygiene reasons, also refunds and exchanges are not permitted on the 'DeadLuxe' range due to these items being tailormade to requirements.  If in doubt prior to ordering regarding size & fit; etc then please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 

 

 

Our T-Shirts

 

Our shirts are premium quality ranging from 100% natural oganic cotton through to the new and award winning Tencel Lyocel fabric.  Please see each product for full information. Where stated on the item description our shirts are made from Organic Textiles, Earth Positive and part of the Low Carbon Trust scheme. All garments are made under the regulation of the Fair Wear Foundation.

 

Washing & Care

 

Care Instructions: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Do not bleach. For best results allow to hang dry and cool iron on reverse.  Do not iron print. Each item comes with it's own specific care instructions, certain items will be 'dry clean only'.  For best results please consult the care label with your purchase.

 

Print Technique

 

For our T-Shirts we are currently using a mixture of DTG printing & traditional screenprinting.  With DTG the ink has an inbuilt fusing agent which bonds with the fabric ensuring a lasting finish. The result is exceptionally high quality printing and visually stunning artwork that won’t fade easily in the wash.  Our screen printed designs are hand screened to give a professional finish and are definitely built to stand the test of time.

Family Of The Dead Models

 

Unfortunately we are not looking for potential models for the Family Of The Dead brand.  Except in exceptional circumstances where we believe that the request would be beneficial in terms of exposure or sales for the brand, dependent on portfolio and shoots booked.  Any model work undertaken will be on a strictly TFP basis.

The best way to become a Family of the Dead model is to actually become a customer first.  This may seem like a marketing ploy but you have seen our homepage, and that is a customer shot.
